{"id":1747,"date":"2024-07-14T18:50:00","date_gmt":"2024-07-14T16:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/polyrene.fr\/definitions\/"},"modified":"2024-07-14T18:50:00","modified_gmt":"2024-07-14T16:50:00","slug":"definitions","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/polyrene.fr\/en\/definitions\/","title":{"rendered":"Definitions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>Polyhandicap.<\/strong>  definition(s)<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Definition Polyhandicap decree of May 9, 2017 <\/b>&#8220;Persons presenting an <b>early cerebral dysfunction <\/b>or one that occurred during <b>development,<\/b> resulting in serious <b>disturbances with multiple and evolving expressions of motor, perceptual, cognitive efficiency<\/b> and the construction of relationships with the physical and human environment, and a situation of extreme physical, psychic and social vulnerability during which some persons may present, transiently or durably, signs of the autistic series.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li><b>Definition Polyhandicap PNDS <\/b><i>&#8220;<\/i><i>severe and multiple handicaps &#8211; absence of autonomous walking, no meaningful oral language, profound intellectual deficiency <\/i>&#8211; These <b>impairments of a developing brain <\/b>have <b>progressive consequences throughout life<\/b>: neurological, orthopedic, digestive, respiratory, sensory and other disorders. Behavioral disorders are common, as are pain-related phenomena.
