The aim of the call for projects is to set up a Disability Resource Center (PRH) in the Nièvre department, to support families with children suffering from disabilities, chronic illnesses or developmental disorders, and encourage their inclusion in mainstream early childhood, childhood and youth structures (outside school hours).
Public or private structures capable of developing and running a Disability Resource Centre (PRH) are eligible:
- associations
- group of associations
- institutions
- federations
